Phase 1 Jolie Ville Renovation and Extension of the Congress Hall   B.U.A: 23,000 m2   PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The site is located in Sharm El Sheikh – Egypt. the hub for all conferences in Egypt.     Main Hall: 4000 person.   Restaurant with kitchen: Can serve 2200 persons.   16 meeting rooms   two EXPO areas: the first one inside the Hall and the second one is outdoor which can be furnished  with pre-fabricated offices on over 3000 m2 well prepared  platform.     Phase 2 Jolie Ville Marina District Development   B.U.A: 152,5800m2   PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The site is located in Sharm El Sheikh – Egypt. the hub for all conferences in Egypt.   This Marina consists of a Walking promenade, Marina Bay, yachts and ships docks, Recreational and leisure areas.   ELEMENTS USED IN THE MASTERPLAN :   •Falling Waters/Valley •Bridges •Marina (And walking promenades) •Islands/Ponds  •User activities
